How It Works

Eight steps.
None of them are yours.

From the first report to the first live block is about three weeks. Here is exactly what happens in that time, what we need from you, and what you are actually paying for.

The process

Report, schedule, scripts, hosts, air.

Step 01

We pull your last 30 days

Before anyone talks about money, we build the Money On The Table Report. Every live platform, every hour your official channels were live, every hour they were dark, who else was live selling your products during those hours, and what a conservative recovery of them is worth at your current order value. Free, about three business days, and yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

Step 02

We agree a written schedule

This is the actual thing you buy. How many hours a day, on which platforms, with how many named hosts. It goes in writing because a schedule you cannot point at is not a schedule. Most brands start with one platform and one fixed daily block, then add hours once the numbers come in.

Step 03

You approve every word before anyone is on camera

We build an approved-claims list with your brand and legal teams, then write scripts against it. Nothing airs that your side has not signed off. For regulated categories such as supplements this happens before casting, not after.

Step 04

We cast and train named hosts to your brand

The same faces show up every day rather than a rotating cast of strangers, because a returning viewer is buying from a person as much as from a product. Hosts learn your catalogue, your objections and your tone before they go live once.

Step 05

We stream from our studio, on our payroll

Our space, our lighting, our cameras, a producer on every stream who can redirect or end a session on the spot, and a moderator working the comments in real time. You do not build a set, buy equipment, or add a single person to your headcount.

Step 06

Comment-to-DM captures the people who were not ready

Most viewers will not buy during the stream. A keyword in the comments triggers an automated message with the product link, so the sale closes on your storefront later and the customer belongs to you rather than to a marketplace or an affiliate.

Step 07

You get the tape and the read every week

A recording of every hour we streamed, a compliance log, and a plain summary of what sold, what died, and what we are changing next week. No dashboard you have to learn.

Step 08

If we miss the hours, that month is free

We guarantee hours, not sales, because hours are the only part of this we fully control. Miss the schedule we committed to in any month and you do not pay for that month.

The clock

Three weeks from first call to first block.

Week 1

Report, scope call, written schedule agreed.

Week 2

Claims list built, scripts written and approved, hosts cast and trained on your catalogue.

Week 3

First live block airs. Comment-to-DM live. Weekly read starts.

Month 4 onward

Hours scale on the platforms that are paying, and get cut on the ones that are not.

Your side of it

Four things. That is the whole list.

Product

Enough inventory to demo daily and enough stock depth that we are not selling something that goes out of stock mid-stream.

Claims

Whatever your legal or brand team will and will not let a host say. If that list does not exist yet, we help you write it.

Access

Host access to your official accounts, and your store links. You keep ownership of every account throughout.

One decision maker

Someone who can approve a script inside 48 hours. This is the single biggest thing that slows a launch down.
